Blink-182’s new album, California, is out this Friday. The album features the hit single “Bored to Death” and pre-orders for the album are up at their website, Amazon, iTunes, and at SRC Vinyl. Summer is here and nothing is better than turning up the volume on your favorite pop-punk band and singing along.

Blink-182 are also hitting the road with A Day to Remember, All Time Low, and The All-American Rejects. Tickets are on sale now and dates can be found on Facebook or their website.

Thought the label black listed the site and now they're advertising on it?

I think it was that Jason posted news about Bored to Death being On YouTube by mistake.

So cool. You started this site (AP) to talk about blink-182 and now they're sponsoring it. Makes me smile.

Looking forward to this album. The positive energy they seem to have with it is infectious

Why don't people like that song? I can't get it out of my head. Hmm.

Well, I've been loving the album, the first song like punched me in the face and had me smiling. Oddly enough, I've been skipping over bored to death as I've been finding the other songs much more appealing. Great album, so excited for the world to hear it.

It's one of the least catchy songs on there, imo. Least favorite is probably Rabbit Hole.

For me, No Future sounds like it's going to be a brooding track with the intro which gets me excited, then it does a complete left turn. I kind of like it after a number of listens, but I understand why others don't.

I like the album overall, but I also approached it as a general album more than a blink-182 album. Sober, Left Alone, and San Diego are my favorite tracks.

It reminds me of All Time Low. I'm just not keen. I think the chorus is pretty uninspired and kinda just comes from nowhere... It's catchy, i'll give you that.

Really excited to hear the whole thing now! Are there many fast tracks? Enema/Dude Ranch style?

It doesn't remind of ATL at all. if it did I would like it lol

I don't expect everyone to like No Future, but it is insanely catchy.

You know, unfortunately I don't get a dude ranch or enema vibe. I do get a TOYPAJ kind of vibe. The very last song on the record started off and sounded like a Jose or a lemmings or something but it was like 30 seconds long and a joke song. Ha. So that was a bummer.

I really tried to not have that expectations that they are going back to their dude ranch sound or whatever, and what I do notice is that they sound like they are having a blast and the created a really solid album.

Was about to pre-order the vinyl until I realized the website said it wouldn't be shipped until middle of July. Might opt for grabbing the CD in stores or just go digital. Either way, this release is perfect timing since I needed some new tunes for my 6 hour drive to Chicago on Friday morning.

I wouldn't necessarily want a full blown throw back to those days just a little tease of the old skate punk sound would be sweet!

I was privileged enough to see Mark and Matt in Kingston UK a couple of weeks ago and they seem to both be at ease and having a great time and as you mentioned and confirmed, I expect that to come across in this release.

I haven't gotten that vibe yet other than the barrage of lyric videos, but it's not really surprising considering how much Mark Hoppus and John Feldmann have worked with All Time Low in the past.

I see no way that song doesn't become a huge single.
