Deathmatch wrestling has grown on me this last year, though there's still some shit, like some of the shit in the 8-person tag match at the last cage of death show that bothers me. Some of the deathmatch wrestlers can go in the ring, but there's some who would be shit if it weren't for deathmatch

 

My biggest fear is they pivot Cody into an on screen authority figure.

Death matches are for guys who can't actually wrestle and have no regard for their well being.
