  1. They’re still giving out punk cards? Is that like an aarp card for discounts at the mall?

This is okay. The "Blame it-Blame It" part reminds me of like Imagine Dragons or some shit so I don't like that. The rest of the song is decent.

The breakdown part where all of the song drops out is great.

Weirdly reminds me of “Situations” by NFG where Jordan goes “kiss me, I want you hold me”

It actually lets you go in to shop at Zumiez an hour before they open to the plebs

I think I love this. :crylaugh: Gives me major Motion City Soundtrack vibes too.

  6. I think the more I listen to it the more I'm gonna like it. It's a more modern radio pop sound that I wasn't totally expecting, but it also doesn't sound like they're imitating anyone. It still sounds like Blink-182. I'm into it.

  7. Parts even remind me of early Neon Trees, like “Sins of My Youth”.

Yeah my only complaint is that the chorus could be stronger I guess but I love everything else so much. That endless summer outro is so blink

Wondering if they'll announce the album today as well.

I came here to say the same thing. Listening for the second time on Spotify and it sounds really muffled at parts.

I like the song. I don't think this sounds anything like California. Not just the production, but the song structure and lyrics have a very different feel.

  17. I remember talking to Sam around the time when he was working with BLG and telling him he was going to be a star in this game, and after that his credits have been fucking insane. He has 20 US Top 40 Pop Hits to his name :crylaugh: -- I wish I coulda bought stock.

Makes sense for a single. Smart move. This will capture some non-blink fans. Super catchy.

It’s a very meh song with the first listen. Fortunately I know it’s gonna grow on me and I’m a-otay with that.

Perhaps since they're still in the studio working on it they don't have an album title/track list yet?

Yeah Skiba's vocals and Travis’ drums are the best part about this song.

After a few listens, I’d say I’m generally into it. It gave me the same feeling I got when i first heard Feeling This and Violence, which was an unsure feeling. Those songs sounded so different from previous stuff I wasn't ready for it at the time. Look at the album now lol. I feel more prepared for a major change this time around though.

This is what I wanted from them. Trying something new for them but also remaining familiar.

Reallllly not sure how I feel about this. Equal parts enjoy and cringe depending on what part of the song I'm hearing
