I’m annoyed I haven’t been able to watch this game. Hendricks has been dealing, it seems??

 

Yeah, the Card's bats haven't been productive but they've made a lot of contact. Only 3 Ks for Hendricks. CGSO, tho.

 

least amount of pitches in CGSO this decade, least since 2005

hendricks is the best even though i constantly worry he’ll lose the magic that allows him to throw 86 and get good results

He must disguise the ball well? He has no heat, but still Ks 20%.

 

his fastball/sinker and changeup come out the same way and move the same way, just different speeds

he has a curveball but it’s not the money pitch at all

i think it’s all tunneling + mixing speeds
