Blink last played good morning america on July 1st 2016, for California's release date. Maybe July 19th is the release date for the new record?

 

Good bet that it's not coming out later than that at least

 

They've definitely taken their time on this one at least, in a good way. Cali had already been announced at this point and didn't they start that in Jan or Feb?

 

Yeah California was mainly recorded from January-March if i remember correctly.

If a few have heard whispers of the tour and heard the new single, then an announcement must be real close.

The fact that they feel the need to keep recording though is exciting AND worrying given how many they claim to have written/recorded already.

Is there not already 10 solid songs in their 50+ songs???

 

Maybe they’re actually recording the eventual deluxe album during these sessions too

 

I mean, unless the plan for the deluxe version is to make it over a triple album, they have plenty of bonus tracks ready to go, in theory. Haha

 

so is 10 songs for the album definitely confirmed?? that's crazy if so. either it's their shortest album by far (not counting Buddha) or they're going for some Lost Without You-length shit. very excited for either of those possibilities

 

Remember, Travis will rerecord his drums after the vocals are done to complement them. And maybe they’re just reworking some vocal lines here and there

 

I’m hoping for some goodbye Sky harbor length shit with those long Interlude vibes from the 2004 tour

I like the XFinity Center because I love outdoor shows. I hate the Xfinity Center because that parking lot is what my Hell is going to look like.

I'm in Holbrook- so both are about the same distance. Buuut I'll travel anywhere for a show because I have a problem, haha.

 

What’s the most anyone has traveled for a blink show?

I drove 3.5 hours to Atlanta to see them in 2011, and then drove back that same night

 

I also feel this way

 

I drove 4 hours (alone) to Vegas to see them. Drove home the next morning.

 

I also felt that way when I lived there

 

I flew to LA from Chicago to see the Untitled anniversary in 2013.
