I’m sure she felt a duty to guide the survivors. It wouldn’t totally be out of character after the end of Ragnorak.

Isn’t that kind of what’s happening with Gamora now, though?

It just makes me kinda sad, like imagine if Flint or whatever raised $1 billion in four days

It’s pretty friggin weird how our society prioritizes entertainment over survival, I guess it all just comes down to money

A lot of countries other than the US also contributed to the 1.2 billion.

I also don’t get the idea of saying how much better the money would have been spent for 80 countries to watch a film when the nation of America has always had the money to fix its problems. It just chooses not to.

It’s 2019 and the biggest movie of the year put one of its most important characters in a fatsuit for nearly all of his screentime

My sister took my nephews to see it this morning and I almost cried when she told me her oldest wore his Iron Man costume to the show

I loved this movie. There were some minor faults, but I think this was such a great, emotional closure for the first wave of the MCU.

Aside from the jokes, I think it was good to see what guilt and no sense of self-forgiveness can do to someone as mighty as Thor. Unfortunately, it will fly over a lot of audiences as being funny but to me it’s an actual representation of someone who has lost the will to maintain himself. The second showing I attended only had gasps instead of laughs when Rocket and Hulk went to Thor’s place.

  20. I'd be okay with not having an Iron Man for a while. I'd also be okay with Shuri continuing Tony's work in at least some capacity until Morgan is old enough. Steve and Thor more or less passed on their titles; Tony can't do that anymore, but someone should.

Surprised I made it all weekend without getting anything spoiled. The business this did was absolutely insane. I sold like 10 tickets for it all weekend, every show would be entirely sold out before I even showed up for work.

the movie was really fun. I'm fine with them taking a break making these movies, but I really want a Thor/Guardians movie.

  22. Thordians of the Galaxy, vol. 3. Then Thor 4, I guess?

In the meantime, Carol could totally go to New Asgard and be like, "Sup, Valkyrie."

Just got out. Went through all my tissues. Did not expect Nat to die at all. Wow. Tony's death couldnt have been more of a beautiful end and I couldnt have asked for more of a rewarding experience overall. If theres one thing that separates the MCU from all other storytelling is creating this massive network of web containing so many different storylines and cahracters and cleverly making them weave together in unique and satisfying ways.

Endgame topped it all with the time travel concept. Being able to weave Frida, Howard, Peggy, and all of the past stories in the way it did was brilliant.

I couldnt be more grateful for every single person that's had a hand in creating the MCU. I cant imagine we will see something like this in a long time, probably well after we are all dead. So grateful I got to be alive for this journey.

P.S. this Thor was the best Thor.

P.P.S. Favorite moment was Cap getting the hammer. I let out a very loud "OH!!!!" when nobody else around me reacted and I was not embarrassed in the least

Bummer we won't get an Iron Man movie with Baloney Head as the villain.
