Tonight I improved to 2-0 on Cards games I've attended this season--great start! Think I went about 7-3 last year

Hope Trout is okay

 

god the Brewers bullpen sucks

the Brewers have one good pitcher and it's Josh Hader

it's a miracle this team even has a winning record

 

Chacin isn't awful

 

and Jeffress is coming back soonish I think?

 

Chacin has not been great and JJ continues to get roughed up in his rehab starts

I have very little confidence in the Brewers pitching

I wish I shared your lack of confidence in the Brewers pitching staff tbh

 

you've gotta just trust me on this, but this somehow looked way way worse in person and in real time. truly an utterly boneheaded move. it's also made even worse by the fact that he did the. same. fucking. thing. last year in milwaukee (and in a much more crucial scenario):

 

the last five or so games they've given up a shit ton of runs


hopefully the Bucks win the NBA finals so that I don't have to give a shit about the Brewers this season haha

 

after tomorrow's game against the Angels the Brewers next 12 games are at the Dodgers vs the Cardinals vs the Dodgers and then at the Cardinals

they will be a sub .500 team by the end of the month

How does DAZN have $300M to throw around for a streaming deal? How can they possibly make that back when their platform is boxing and one MLB highlight show. I guess, as alluded to, the content will expand and include more stuff, but it'll have to be some amazing shit to make me even consider subscribing

They are a global network so they have more than just boxing. Like I know for Japan they own the WWE rights which is a decent start. I couldn't tell you what else they have but yeah they are swinging for the damn fences, they have the old leader of ESPN John Skipper who is actually a solid person to have for DAZN.
