i liked lift a sail a lot more than southern air but i never returned to it for a kind of dumb reason that has nothing to do w/ the album itself

 

Things aren't boding well so far.

 

I quite like that new song!! Reminds me of Big If. Sure do miss LP's drumming though.

I think it must have leaked. It gets officially released on Friday 24th. It's called Rest In Peace. I can't find an official link.

I really dig this song a lot. I really like this sounds like it's meshed some of what they accomplished with Lift a Sale with a sound similar to Lights and Sounds. Highly anticipating this record.

 

Long songs, gonna be a very mid tempo record

If you listen carefully at the end, you can hear the next song starting before it cuts off. Awesome

 

The intro and outro sounds are awesome. This singh really incorporates some of the best parts of yellowcard into one.

I'm excited, in a bit of a sad way, for this album.

 

This song does a good job of going back to a sound that will appease people who didn't like LaS while still going for the atmospheric, arena rock sound that album was going for.

 

was at the chicago show. had an absolute blast. its not often you get to see 2 of your favorite bands play together like that.

 

After a few listens, I really like 'Rest In Peace'.

Has the song officially been released on YouTube or social media or anything yet? I see it's on iTunes, but don't see any promotion of it yet

 

It's uploaded here by the band but it's still private. Should be live in about 15 minutes or so when they make the announcement.
