OK think I'm going tk try to plant some San Marzano tomatoes in my garden this year

 

I do medium rare with steak all the time but from what I hear it's sketchy doing it with ground beef bought here in Canada. It tasted fantastic though.

Yeah, i would only go medium if I don't trust the ground beef. I think it really depends on how the beef is handled after the cow is butchered.

Medium rare for steak always. Burgers I will order either medium-rare or medium depending on the place and whether my experience has been that they tend to undercook things. I generally don't want something to be outright rare, but I especially don't want burgers to be that undercooked. Just a personal preference thing though.
