I was under the impression With Confidence kicked out the guy involved with all of this. But, I could be wrong since it's nearly impossible to keep track of every-single-band-issue in my head at one time and know what the current situation and what's happened is with all these bands (a sad fact in and of itself).

 

They did kick out one member who had assault allegations made against him but like right after they did that some allegations also emerged against another member. Kind of the same situation as what happened with Neck Deep, actually.

And then didn't she recant what she posted? I thought I remember reading something about that.

We were asking about the statement recanting what she posted and trying to figure out what she exactly said and why nobody can seem to find it anywhere.

Circa Survive? Trash Boat? Can't think of anything about either of them.

You can make out the alleged victim's original statement in one of these screens. I still can't find where she retracted it though.

 

She changed her Twitter name. It's all still up and as far as I can see, there is no retraction.

I don't understand why you're being hostile to me about this in your posts. I'll read through her Timeline now.

 

I didn't mean to come across as hostile. I'm just very passionate about defending a girl who was brave enough to come forward with allegations that were swept under the rug.

 

Yeah, what a weasel that dude is. Bold strategy, though, to just outright lie instead of responding in any of the other awful ways these guys typically respond.

 

Y'all - just to clarify, I did not know how bad the situation is. Didn't mean to come off as defending them earlier. All a learning experience.
