I can see them doing a side projects farewell show when they’re 70.

Whoops! I’ve inadvertently let on that I apparently do not know my right from my left. It looked to be his left foot that is out of commission so it is still his hi hate that suffers, if I recall correctly. Egg. On. Face.

Gimme a +44 headlining tour and Box Car Racer as an opener where they play small venues

That’s a lot on Travis’ shoulders but hey

 

Why? Seeing +44 and Boxcar and Simple Creatures would be awesome

 

I'd really rather not see Box Car Racer live so Tom can add a two-and-a-half-minute synth intro to the start of every damn song

+44/Simple Creatures show would be so tight though. Mark's writing for the latter reminds me of the former so much

Simple Creatures has grown on me, I think the EP is better than a lot of California.

 

Mark was struggling a lot vocally during my Simple Creatures show, I feel like it’d be difficult for him to get through a +44 show

 

I wish I could like this Simple creatures EP as much as most of you do. I usually like this type of music but I feel like it falls flat besides one or two songs Maybe I'll give it a bit more time. The new songs they played live sounded promising though.

 

Because at Mark's age he'd sound awful each night because it'll take a toll on his voice. Just give me Blink.

 

I don't really have strong feelings either way for the SC EP, it kinda just exists in this "ok and kinda enjoyable" world for me

Yeah I'm definitely enjoying it now but I'm skeptical of lasting value, but it's not something I would abandon, like I'd definitely put it on once in awhile

 

It’s great to me for now and I’ll be revisiting it a lot but idk if they’ll be the case when the new blink album drops. Nice to satisfy my hunger until then

 

He/they all need to know it’s ok to tune the guitars down a half-step for live settings lol.

 

AVA should open for Blink. It would go a long way in making everyone feel like Mark & Tom are at least friendly enough to be on the same bill together if not in the same band. Also might be a good reality check for Tom when he sees kids going absolutely nuts for blink without him and everyone not being as into AVA lol.

 

They actually played Adrenaline a half-step HIGHER live I think. I remember because I learned Adrenaline on guitar while watching live vids, then had to play it lower when actually playing along to the recording.
