I mean I like Jerian Grant but Lopez is meh and Calderon is 100 years old

 

Both these trades seem weird

Robin Lopez is a really good player... Especially when you're getting him for nothing

 

Yeah, Knicks got hosed assuming Rose doesn't have a miracle resurgence.

 

I did want to draft Grant last year, so I guess that's cool. Kind of bittersweet with Rose, but I guess this is for the best.

 

I must be the only one who expects a Rose resurgence

Yeah, he's completely done. This is a stupid trade for the Knicks at a mind blowing level.

 

I thought he looked good for quite a few stretches this season. Not MVP level, but he certainly had his moments. I was willing to give him one more year.

Like, I get Rose is a hometown kid but his trade value is zero and you got an alright starting center. This literally couldn't have realistically gone any better.
