I think it was simply forgotten or left off unintentionally. They would have mentioned it whether it's instrumental or not.

I thought that was "Sober". Matt's verse is about that and Mark's is about a drunken night with a girlfriend. I don't remember, but i'll have to listen to that podcast again.
