Have a tiebreaker question where everyone has to guess how many minutes over 11 the event runs. Closest wins.

 

Prior to this weekend, it's only run to about 10:45. lol

 

The "closest wins" stuff just seems lazy. And often the person that's closest isn't one of the people in the tie.

 

I was thinking you'd just do closest of the tied people. its less lazy than a coin flip.

I feel like any other sort of silly, more or less random prop bet would just be too hard to actually keep track of.

if they knew about it that long in advance and still set up the triple threat last night, i guess it's likely reigns will walk right back into the match

 

It would have made more sense IMO if they never put Reigns in the match, had Seth vs. Dean and then had Roman run in to set up the triple threat for SummerSlam

But I guess the draft makes that tough

 

maybe because he's a super over face they have The Rock read a letter on Raw that says because of his actions Roman declines the opportunity at Battleground. Signed, Big Dog.

I logged onto wreddit earlier and at first glance that it was one of those kayfabenews articles.

Crazy story though. Who knows what it's for, not even gonna begin to speculate.

 

So, according to these guys they talked to ADR himself who filled them in on the situation.

After Money in the Bank, Paige and Del Rio (who are dating) went to watch a show in Vegas (Absinthe show). Whilst there, a drunk couple started heckling ADR and Paige. ADR called security and got the couple ejected from the venue then continued to enjoy the show.

After the show the couple waited outside for ADR and Paige and caused trouble. The police were called to the scene and they went through the routine of cuffing people to calm everything down. They then took Paige to an ambulance to ensure that she hadn't been attacked or anything (which she didn't). After that, ADR and Paige were free to go. They went to RAW, filled in management on what happened and management informed them that they did the right thing and everything was ok. (This is all me just summing up what was said on the podcast, so the full story isn't here but the key details are)

That's really cool, glad Bryan is back to being comfortable around the business in a nonwrestling capacity.

 

Of course Ranello is awesome, but I'm really glad we're getting more Bryan in any capacity soon.

 

The thing that confuses me the most about Roman's suspension is if WWE really did know about it before MITB, then why did they set up the triple threat for Battleground? It's such a big money match that they can save for Summerslam, ESPECIALLY if Roman's going to be out until three days before Battleground

 

And they could have easily had Seth "injure" him to give him a reason to be gone 30 days, and a reason to interrupt the match at Battleground.

 

People want to see The Shield wrestle each other. It's gonna get big numbers. Roman is gonna get tons of heat when he comes back and go full heel.

I'm about to smoke a bowl though so I'd be down if Roman came knocking at my door asking for a smoke up. I mean, he already is suspended

 

I'm still holding out hope that Graves will be drafted
