The same week Neighborhoods dropped, The Mark Tom and Travis show was available on iTunes.

Pre-credit card days because I remember having to walk to the store to buy an iTunes gift card haha.

 

Anyone remember YEARS ago someone did or was going to do a “Reckless Abandon” musical? Anyone remember anything about it? I think they had tracks on MySpace which — oops. :/

Ive wondered about this as well. It was on Apple Music about 3 years ago. I remember doing the trial so I could listEn to MTTS and The Life of Pablo lol.

I was actually lucky enough to attend this “corporate event”. Blink sounded surprisingly better than the last time I saw them. And although there were a lot of business people in suits, everyone was enjoying it. Though, the open bar may have helped a little too. Haha.

I do agree that they need to switch up the setlist but no one is gonna complain when it’s a free show.

 

Then I'm definitely going to Back To The Beach.

 

I could honestly see them playing EOTS in full for every show no problem, it's only like 35 minutes and they already play like half of it at every show anyway

 

I don't think I've ever seen Wendy Clear live and that's one I would love for them to add to the setlist. Hopefully they do more 20 year shows so I can at least catch it then.

 

They played it at the Metro show after Lolla in 2017 and it. was. amazing.

 

I’ve somehow seen it twice and it’s slowly become my favorite Enema track. Once was at the Merriwether Kerfuffle and I’m blanking on the second one. The best part is when no one in the lawn section knows what that songs is.

 

Which is unfortunately why the band is never going to stop playing their singles as part of their set list. The majority of people that go to blink shows now don't know these 'deeper' cuts. They just come to have a good time and sing along to the singles.

 

The lawn attracts so many shitty drunk people.

And you'd tweet and/or IG comment about it and then Mark would respond to you then lick your tears away and write a song just for you since you guys are BFFs.

I go lawn when I’m with friends who are passive fans in a large group. I’ve been pit once and it was the closest and most intimate epic experience. Enough for me to happily not have to be that close again.

 

My city doesn't have an amphitheater so I had no idea how shitty lawn tix were until I was at Warped Tour chicago

 

I've only done the lawn once and that was because I had won free lawn tickets to see Blink in Irvine. Surrounded by the biggest pieces of shit I've ever encountered at a concert. Never again.

 

Paying more for a closer section is worth not dealing with the people that lawn attracts
