Got my copies of You Fail Me Redux in......really impressed by these.

 

My Newbury Comics Exclusive will be here today! From the few pictures I've seen, it looks incredible. And I listened to the digital copy once, it sounds flawless.

The Format reissues will be here today too. Solid mail day.

My buying has been a little relaxed this week.

I got a cellophaned club press copy of Physical Graffiti and Howard Stern's comedy album from the early 80's.

I preordered The Matches' Decomposer and I'm still trying to decide if I need SRC's Untitled deluxe edition pressing, I bought Dude Ranch and TMTATS, but it'd be my 5th pressing of it. But the Kevin Gray mixes are just stupid fucking good.

 

I'm starting to think SRC is going to continue pressing different versions of all the Blink records until someone calls them out on it. I can;t complain too much because I picked up the Dude Ranch and Enema deluxe editions, but come on.

 

Just got my Dog Problems re-press in the mail!... Man, the packaging on this thing is so nice! The way it opens up with the dogs cut out is pretty cool.

 

just pre-ordered new Silent Planet & King's Kaleidoscope, and ordered the repress of King's K's first album.
so many other I had to resist adding to my cart.

 

As long as they're the KG mixes, I don't totally have a problem with it. The HT presses are garbage. I have the original MTS pressing of Untitled, I recall it sounding good but I can only assume the new ones would be better.

 

Crash of Rhinos has been in my rotation fairly frequently lately. I am also eagerly awaiting the Midnight/Smitten for Goodness, so hopefully soonish!

 

Yeah, my HT pressings are total trash.

 

Fuck, this record is SO good.

 

I know, right?! I feel like it's kinda overlooked, even though it's one of the better emo records from the last couple of years imo.

 

It was a very quiet release--super underrated in my opinion!

 

best band, love that copy of that record

 

Worst thing ever is when a record or variant I have isn't on Discogs already because I hate making those things lol

 

I need to keep reminding myself that I need to add it. Got the latest SRC copy of Enema and it's not there

 

I had to do that with a Crime in Stereo record once, haha. Almost not even worth it.

 

I had to write the entire Manchester Orchestra/Minus The Bear split pages, with varients. I have the test press now, and I don't wanna even add it.

 

Jesus, it's a nightmare! And I always get some guy yelling at me for not including the producer's cousins name or what color the artist's shoes were when they recorded the album. I write all the details I can, but sometimes I don't know everything haha

 

Been buying way too many records lately. Ended up getting like 9 copies of the new Thrice (picking up tour variants for friends, pre-orders, having to order one for the acoustic LB show). I think I have a shelf of like 50 that I've gotten in over the last 2 months that I haven't had a chance to spin yet.

Also, in case anyone is interested I've got a big sale thread going on over at Vinyl Collective or reddit (pick your poison).

 

just wait it out, its not worth it... someone else will do a release like that, no doubt
