I think we're all pleased that it's positive, and there's actually some interesting tidbits regarding "Sober" but the majority of the review is fluff.

Maybe if you read it, you'd understand what we were talking about ;-p

I don't like to read reviews of things I'm really anticipating, I like to experience them pure without other people's thoughts from reviews or discussion or whatever else. I'm also not really interested in Rolling Stones critical writing haha

If you decide to make an exception, read the RS review because you still won't know anything about the album after reading it.

I feel you. That's how I am with movies. They end up giving away too much plot and I feel like a lot gets ruined. I've never felt that way towards music because people have such wildly different ways of putting words to what they hear. It can either be fascinating or frustrating. This RS article is an example of the latter.

Anyone else feel like mark needs to ground that kid in the music video when he gets home? No internet no iPads.

So which of the two songs out do you find yourself gravitating towards more? I love both BTD and RH and I find myself playing them both a lot. But I seem to play BTD more for some reason

    I am a haunted house. I'm superstitious.

I had a few things to ask you, because someone told me that their new material was a reason why blink-182 became worthy of sharing again on their social media. Do you ever felt ashamed for sharing blink-182 related content? And why?

Also, what's the general opinion people you know (friends, work, GFS and bfs - that are around your age) on blink? Do they like them? Or at least respect them?

Because I feel it goes both ways and it always did. We're getting mixed reviews even if the album is a masterpiece. Untitled was like that. It doesn't alter my opinion on the band in the slightest, but I'm just playing curious.

The only thing I notice is that it feels like there are more music journalists that are blink fans nowadays. People that grew up into them and now have a career in communication, at least.

I share it all the time, and I never feel bad about it. Helps that I have a fiancé and friends that dig them, and coworkers too. So no

Most of my friends are blink fans so I never had an issue sharing anything, but it's so uncomfortable talking to older folk about them or any other, "younger band," for that matter. I always get the classic, "oh so are they one of those screaming bands?" Followed by the notorious, "scream," imitation. Ugh, super cringe inducing.

You play lyric videos broadcasted on the side of your house for the neighborhood, I never doubted you didn't mind sharing blink lol

Rabbit Hole has actually started growing on me (prefer BTD still) but I still hope it's not a highlight on the album.

I like "Rabbit Hole" a lot, but I hope it's one of the weakest tracks. If that happens and "Bored To Death" is at the very least outshined by other four or five songs, California will be great.

Also, it's pretty cool that RollingStone gave us some insight on the title track of California: It's about the band's home state! Hard hitting stuff.

    Sleekest of beaks. So Good.

Let me expand on it for them:
The songs "San Diego" and "Los Angeles" are about cities in there home state.

I'll be working in Manhattan on Thursday, taking the bus to NJ, driving the rest of the way to Bethlehem. Crossing my fingers I'll make it at a reasonable time.
