Good morning I have been on hold for 30 minutes with Frontier airlines cause they changed my flight out of Portland back to Denver that's in July a WHOLE DAY earlier fuck you very much bubba

 

basically the same size as Russell Wilson coming out with bigger hands than Baker Mayfield and Patrick Mahomes

Someone I work with also had a Frontier flight changed today. Must be a widespread thing.

I was just in Austin and was amazed at how every highway was 70+ right around the city. In DC its all 55 or slower

 

In Dallas it's definitely that way too haha, 60-65 is probably our slowest highway

 

WOW Air is another disaster. A few teachers flew that back from Paris on our trip last year...the one teacher spent like 2 days in Iceland waiting, another basically forced them to rebook her to a real airline to get out within 24hrs.

 

I mean, to be fair people in DC treat the highways like they are Texas highways lol

I feel like the left lane of the Capital Beltway is always going 80-85 and no one gets pulled over cause it's too dangerous for the cops haha. That is some scary highway driving if you aren't used to dense urban areas.

 

2 days in Iceland?? Well shit I would go out and explore Reykjavik at least haha. I had a long layover in Iceland both ways when I went to Amsterdam and I really regret not having the guts / the extra money to go check it out. The nature there is like, otherworldly, even by the airport is an exotic looking area haha.

 

Work is boring af today, more than normal.

But I did find out we're getting our huge annual bonus tomorrow, so that's nice. I have no idea what I'm going to do with it, other than probably save most of it.

Am I right to think south Atlanta is a lot worse than north Atlanta? In terms of crime & stuff?

Say I went to the Flatiron School coding bootcamp in Midtown. What would be some affordable, fairly safe neighborhoods with access to that area? As we discussed before, I don't mind living outside the craziness of downtown Atlanta, provided that my little neighborhood of town has plenty of culture itself.

 

Thats shitty. I used WOW Air to fly to Europe a couple years ago and it was super smooth and easy. Seats were uncomfortable but $500 for a roundtrip to Europe, that was whatever
