The more I think about this, the more I am loving it. Especially with a good director like Matt Reeves.

 

But still...this rumor is from a dude who photoshops famous actors into superheroes? Who's source is "I heard a rumor and I like it"

Casting rumors are nonsense. But I just like the idea of this choice.

 

Armie could do it. Still think they should go with someone a little less famous than that but I’m down for him.

 

I love Armie and I’m down.

Also Armie should be in the next Mission Impossible. Just feels right

 

He's got the look and I think the role suits him. Was hoping they'd cast a little younger though.

 

I don’t think Id like that. It kind of makes too much sense to me.

 

I dig Armie, especially after almost getting it for Mortal, though it seems they were going to botch the Batman design for that film.

 

But I think I dig the idea of Batterson a bit more tbh

 

Definitely down for Armie Hammer, he's consistently one of the best parts of everything he's in

 

Can't say I've ever seen one of his films tbh

 

Call Me By Your Name, the Social Network, and Sorry to Bother you are all top tier. Man from UNCLE is super fun.

 

Yeah I’ve never even heard of him until this thread.

 

ohhh didn't even know he was in Sorry to Bother You. He was certainly easy to hate in that one.

 

Can't fathom people not having seen The Social Network.

 

His role in Man From UNCLE is like the movie, greatly under appreciated.

 

Also great in Free Fire

 

Still need to see that one. Was it good?

 

I loved it. Great cast, a lot of fun

 

I would think we are also going to lose JK Simmons as Gordon and J Irons as Alfred. Both were great in the same roles they had, would have loved to see them do more.
