Also, The Rock really just took over the Fast and Furious franchise huh? I’ve only seen the first one but have seen bits and pieces of others. Doesn’t seem like it’s even the same universe

 

I don't think he took it over per se, he's just really hyped about it, he seems to really, really love making movies. He was really good in the fifth one as a foil to the crew and now he's basically in the crew, which is some sort of weird character regression. I'm gonna see "Hobbes and Shaw" because him and Statham worked really well together, but their coming together makes little sense.

 

i mean its technically a "spinoff" of the series, like tokyo drift.

i just want rock to flex out of a full body cast when he falls out of a helicopter 5000 thousand feet in the air and survives

 

Except Tokyo Drift isn't really a spin-off, it's part of the timeline, it was going to be a spin-off, but it's a vital part of the series now

 

Once D-Bry gets eliminated, it goes downhill so fast.
