  1. Draymond is a terrible teammate. He couldn't control himself and got suspended for game 5. Now his team is going on the road for game 6 to play in a tough environment.

  2. Except Steve Kerr.

    Hehe.

  3. 15+ years of be more like MJ, the worst teammate of all time, and now it's no one wants to play with LeBron. Which has to be one of the most ridiculous ideas to ever be said about inarguably the most unselfish, playmaking, superstar we've seen in 30 years.

LeBron might not save the Looney Tunes from intergalactic slavery, but he'll sure as hell get everyone involved.

I would like to live in a world where any self-proclaimed basketball fan would rather play with LBJ than not. To suggest something as ludicrous would tell me one either doesn't watch basketball, is misinformed, or both. Think about all of the average players that got good contracts because LBJ made them more effective than they would be otherwise.

Nah, they're just dicks to everyone else.

  7. But seriously, if you're a ref for game 6, do you call out sick?

He's been worked in this series in general, Kerrs tried his hardest not to play him. Crazy how him and wide open miss Barnes get $$$$ after the season

If Speights gets more minutes than Ezeli again in Boguts absence it probably won't bode well for the Warriors

I don't think this news really changes much for the series in terms of what we've seen. Kerr will try and play Iggy more minutes, use Ezeli as long as he is effective, and use Andy in spurts. Getting Draymond back is a bigger momentum shift than losing Bogut at this point.

Death lineup should be starting now, that could be interesting.

The story basically becomes, can Cleveland figure out the Warriors from Game 4. Bogut wasn't much of a factor in that game. More specifically, JR, Love, Shump, and Delly need to be productive. You can't rely on two guys getting 40+ in back to back finals games against a 73-win team that is almost as good defending as they are scoring. It's a very tall order for Cleveland, but it's their reality.

I wonder if Bogut will still play in the Olympics.

From an offensive standpoint, yes. But in today's game, he is a pretty valuable piece. Can defend on an island against multiple positions and rebounds at a high rate. Doesn't miss games, like ever. His contract extension seems bad this year, but it becomes very nice moving forward as the cap increase the next few years mitigates the actual cap hit. When much less effective players are getting bags of money, no one will be talking about the Tristan contract. You are correct that LBJ netted him that money. I'm talking about players like Daniel Gibson or Mario Chalmers. Neither got huge contracts, but I don't think they get hefty raises without being in the right place at the right time with LBJ.

Did they just take the Suns jersey from the aughts and apply their new logo and color scheme? What a bummer.
