I don't see myself ever doing it again. The circumstances of buying each of them were kinda special.

Basically, I needed to buy a copy of the album for a ticket to their acoustic set in Orlando this past Saturday, but I already had the Smoke.

Got to the show at House of Blues, got into the venue early because my wife qualified up for accessibility seating (she's super pregnant). I was the first one at the merch table and gave into silly temptation. Worth it.

Marble variants can be a bit hit and miss but damn, that Thrice teal marble tour press is gorgeous.

 

I haven't seen a bad marble yet.

 

Don't like shopradiocast but there's not many online shops left with their range is there? Due for a big order but dunno where else to go.

Also trying to come up with a good way to get around their exorbitant shipping rate to Aus.

I called Barnes and Noble just in case they had it/to compare prices before purchasing and the guy told me they had it but he would get in huge trouble for selling it to me lol. Plus, even with my membership discount, I couldn't be sure it was the 180g white.

An employee was literally filing it at The Exchange when I asked if they had a copy. It would have been gone within the hour if I hadn't picked it up. I couldn't be happier with it, even if I spent an extra few bucks.

 

I want one of the opaque white vinyl variants pretty bad, but I'm going to wait until my special edition ships in September. It's going to be a long wait, but it will definitely be worth it.

Trying to get my hands on a copy of the new Thrice record, can't seem to find it. My order of the Bad Books Daytrotter Session shipped though, so that's cool.

 

Dustin said last weekend in Orlando that they're already working on another pressing for TBEITBN since the first pressing is already (realistically) sold out.

Edit: Unless you're making it out to a show in the next week or so, you might be able to still snag the tour variant.
