Flicker Fade and You Can't Look Back are two of their very best songs!

I can't get into Tidal Wave. I don't know if it's the songs or the production. Part of me thinks that if the production was like Louder Now or New Again then I'd like it a whole lot more.

A good example of different tastes. I think the production on TW is great

Shhhhhhh, he said that he checked out after S/T so that song hasn't been heard yet. Don't ruin it! :-p

The production on Happiness Is and Tidal Wave around both great. Both were (well at least in part) produced by Mike Sapone, so that adds up.

    WYWTB.

Louder Now is a close second. Still some serious bangers on that one.

    WYWTB easily.

WYWTB easily. I remember being 12 and how cool I felt listening to that album haha. Louder Now was cool but I felt like it lacked heart or something. A Warped tour band with a song called Miami was just weird to me. NA is probably number 2 for me and Self titled has grown on me. I never got into anything after that

I'm in the minority here...something about that self-titled album gets me going, though. It was just so exciting seeing John and Sean come back. El Paso blew my mind when they dropped it. That, and Eddie dancing in the You Got Me video.

I love seeing how people can have such differing tastes...but my choice is TAYF, and it's not even close. Probably explains why I've lost more and more interest in this band with every passing album.

Wrecked 'em? Damn near killed 'em!

Went with Tidal Wave. It was either that or WYWTB because both albums I can listen front to back and not skip a song. WYWTB has aged amazingly and I have some dear memories with that album, but Tidal Wave was so unexpectedly great that it just makes me excited again to see what they’ll do next

And agreed about the previous comments about the b-sides. This band ranks up there with Gaslight Anthem as a band that consistently has amazing b-sides.

if a friend tells you that they knew adam was saying 'your the poster boy, their selling point, their focus for their new campaign' during bonus mosh without ever looking at the lyrics - you shouldn't trust them about anything ever for any reason.

and then you get to 'doesn't feel a thing like falling' and the clouds open up and god says 'i hate you.'

WYWTB has been my favorite since its release and I remember when this was the minority. Most people were TAYF or LN. Pleasantly surprised by these results.

This went how I expected, WYWTB, TAYF and then LN. I am happy TW almost tied LN though

Surprisingly Tidal Wave has stuck with me more than I thought it would. Still not enough to overtake WYWTB or TAYF, but looking at this list I'd say it's #3 or 4 for me.

Probably because the TBS thread ranks the albums every like 16 posts. One of my favorite threads for that reason.
