The Faculty is such a great blend of classic sci fi b movie with 90s teen tropes

 

Yeah it was great. Found that article and missed a few little things they brought up which make it even better.

 

Josh Hartnett is awesome. Always felt like he should've been somewhat bigger but he seemed to never fully break through.

 

Penny Dreadful should've been bigger.

 

It's coming back right? I haven't gotten around to watching that

 

I’ve honestly never understood his appeal so maybe I contributed to that. He was good in this though.

 

Ah to each their own! He's also always landed in movies I thoroughly enjoyed even if others don't so that may contribute.

 

Some if it is COMPLETELY shallow and unfair in that I’ve just never liked his face, and I definitely have to own that. Almost all of his movies seem to lie somewhere outside of what I’m into as well which also contributed. I had no idea he was in Penny Dreadful, that I’ve been meaning to watch and may sway me.

 

He's pretty good in Penny Dreadful, but honestly, that show's so packed with great performances that he's a little overshadowed. (So if you haven't seen it, go watch it.)

 

Idk why I can't get into that show. I have put the pilot on several times to no avail.

I forgot Glass comes out this month. I’m pretty excited for that. First movie of the year I’ll be catching in theaters for sure.

Probably my favorite M Night movie. It’s worth your time for sure.

As someone who never saw The Last Airbender or After Earth, I like Shyamalan

 

I honestly will never forgive everyone who told me I had to see Split and how amazing it was and that it was unlike anything he’d done before. If I had known it was an Unbreakable sequel going in I would have had very different expectations.

 

I wasn't into Split at all and I loved Unbreakable
