I guess bothered is the wrong word. It just strikes me as weird that it's happened so soon. But it also feels weird that Lebron has only one two championships with how long he's been dominating.

 

I don't get this narrative that Lebron is doing it alone. He basically built this team, and chose Kyrie and Love, both former All Stars.

 

I might watch the game on mute tonight. Dunno if I can take all the Draymond talk.

 

I agree. The Cavs are a great team. It's just unfortunate for them to run into one of the greatest teams ever.

 

Players as de facto GMs doesn't work. He made his own bed, and now he's dealing with it.

 

What upsets me more is that Lebron has been able to waltz his happy ass through a porous Eastern conference for 13 years and basically begin each season with a finals berth while great teams in the West go through the playoff meat grinder.

 

This is isn't a sad situation because it's Lebron, it's because it's Cleveland.

Unless you defend the arc it will be very hard to win against a team shooting 3s while the other is shooting 2s. OKC played better D. Curry looked terrified to shoot with Durant on him.

 

Kyrie is no D Wade and Love is no Bosh, but I can see where his head was at. Love is no Dirk too, though.

 

The Cavs were put together just fine. Like I said, they are a really good team. The Warriors are just better. And they're better than any other team in the league. It's unfair to beat up LeBron for how he helped build this team because they're unable to beat a team who went 73-9 while playing in the "meat grinder" west.

 

If another man stands over you in the way that James did, a nut shot is deserved...and therefore so is the flagrant. Green knew the situation he was in, and with instant replay in slow motion there's no way he gets away with something like that, provoked or not.

 

I don't get why people can't see it this way. Draymond has no one to blame but himself for being in a situation where one more flagrant gets him a suspension.

 

Lol they gave out exactly what was deserved, a technical to Lebron and a flagrant for Draymond for the nutshot. Draymond's own fault for a) letting Lebron bait him into that and b) attacking men's groins the entire postseason. They really supposed to let that go just cause that was the penultimate nutshot that would get him sat down? Stop hitting guys in the balls Draymond. Pretty simple lol.

Win or lose I'm just glad I won't have to watch Draymond's theatrics tonight.

 

If Warriors do win tonight it will burn the soul watching Varejao celebrate a championship with a team that's not Cleveland. Dude will have earned it, no doubt, but still will hurt.
