Draymond fully deserves to be suspended. Balls don't lie.

 

Yeah, that play was blatantly Lebrons fault the first time. Upon rewatching, it's astounding how people think otherwise.

I do agree that if this series wasn't 3-1, the suspension doesn't happen. They probably give them both techs instead (I think draymond needs 2 more to be suspended).

 

I am definitely okay with a Draymond-less game tonight.

 

hmmm. makes me wonder what would have happened had the situations been reversed. insert James into the Adams play / Adams into the James play, would the suspension have still taken place now? or sooner? hate to think this way, but i imagine that Green doing this to James, one of the biggest known stars in the world, had something to do with the decision. Had he done this to Mo Williams or someone else, would the outcome be the same?

Note: my thoughts are he should have been suspended for the Adams play.

**edit: although i realize he wasn't suspended for the James incident, suspended because he has a shitload of flagrant fouls that got redeemed for a suspension.

 

He got a flagrant for committing a flagrant. I don't get what the big controversy is. All we heard this entire series was how he would be suspended with his next flagrant. He hit someone in the nuts again. Got another flagrant. Suspended. It's not rocket science.

 

oh lord, all the ESPN article comments... essentially a lot of "the NBA just wants a game six!!!!!"

 

Draymond out one game, finally

 

They play Monday.

 

I know it's not good to lose a finals game, but I would rather win the championship at Home and celebrate with my home fans than win with the away fans. So maybe without Draymond and with Curry and Klay being relatively quiet the Cavs might just win one more.

 

I want the Cavs to go off for three in a row so bad but the impossibility of it it's really depressing

Does it bother anyone else that most of the Warriors team (Draymond specifically) will as many rings as Lebron if they win tonight?

 

They deserve the rings so it doesn't bother me.

I agree that they are an absolutely amazing team and deserve it but I think it's just because of how storied Lebron James' career has been for so long that the young guys have already caught up as far as championships go (not other accolades, yet) makes it seem weird.

Lebron can only boost less talented guys so much, it doesn't take anything away from how talented he is

i think it firmly indicates how much a team sport basketball is. one player can't do it alone (although last year James came close).
