The biggest lineups I can think they've ever been on (at least for the states) is the August Burns Red headliner with support from them and Erra and Make Them Suffer and the one they did with The Devil Wears Prada and Veil of Maya. I think SF/TAA would be big for them just because of the different crowds it would get them and I think they could for sure get some new fans from it. Slipknot would absolutely be huge for them, but I don't think they're on it. Corey has been known to imply that a band would have a good chance of being on a Slipknot tour and then it never pans out (see the Slipknot/The Acacia Strain tour that never came to be).

Yeah, I remember the whole Slipknot/TAS thing, maybe I'm being too hopeful is all.

Corey says that to a lot of bands it seems. Lol.

His hearts probably in a good place and he does want to give a lot of these smaller bands the exposure a tour with Slipknot can give, but logistically he should know it's not possible to make good on all of your in passing Twitter conversations. I mean fuck it just put Silent Planet, TAS, and TWA on the next Knotfest and I'm sure they'll all be stoked.

Speaking of Slipknot, they just announced a European summer tour that runs June-July, hitting the big fests.

The Hives + Refused are doing some touring together around Sonic Temple and Punk Rock Bowling. Too lazy to inline the dates here, but they're on Refused's BandsInTown page.

I'll be less bummed about probably having to miss the With Roots 10 year show if FFAK are doing a headliner next year.

If this happens, then it would have to be at least in the Spring since they are already on the upcoming ABR tour.

That said, Dark Skies was a pretty good album, so I'd be happy for a headliner. FFAK/Gideon/Kublai Khan/Invent Animate tour would be litty

Fuck. I was hoping for a Boston date... But that's not looking very likely. Unless they fly out for a day of Boston Calling. Which is an absolute long-shot/unlikely occurrence at best. Haha.

Kirbz said that they are doing a Dark Skies headliner in the fall of 2019. Mentioned it in a podcast or interview, don't remember which one.

Where does one start with Obituary? Do they have a definitive album?

With them I’d say their earlier stuff is what fans cling to, but I’d go and look at setlist.fm. Start with that, they have so much material that what they play live is prob where you wanna start.
