The fact that a whole team put the stamp of approval on I Am Human kills me. Most cringe album of 2018 by a long shot. I've at the very least liked everything Issues has released so far, so I'm going to be pretty disappointed if album 3 sucks.

 

Benson only gives a shit about singers. That's why you'd hire him. For Issues, it makes sense.

 

Hard to believe the first album he ever produced was by TSOL

 

I was as worried about Benson until I heard this interview, then I was solidly assured the band knew what the hell they were doing

Also, they band have expressed interest in playing the festival circuit this spring

I think I seen somewhere that we might be getting an Erra/Novelists tour next year.

 

Issues headlining Coachella confirmed.

They’re huge in the UK and Japan. They have a decent following in SoCal, but that’s like, it...

 

If that Slam Dunk lineup was in the States, I'd fly to that.

 

I had a new song by them ("No Case") pop up on my Spotify Release Radar playlist last Friday, along with artwork that looked like a horror movie poster with the band and Bradford (and had a roman numeral "III" on it).

The song's since been taken off of Spotify but I'm guessing we're getting a new album in 2019.

And if I'm being honest about it? The Interrupters are probably a perfect pairing for them.

 

Oh yeah, I bet all of that too. The Interrupters are blowing up, so it will definitely be some decent exposure for them

 

Artwork ruled and so did the song. Stoked for that album! They played a few new ones at Fest

 

Because they don't tour America anymore. It's rare for them to play a North American gig outside of California. They're busy headlining arenas in Japan.

 

I've seen masked intruder twice. Once at riotfest with a crowd who loved them and went ape shit for them and was a highlight of the day. And once opening for me first and gimme and the crowd didnt know who they were or cared and made their shtick awkward.

 

Any guesses on who they (Sleep On It) are touring with?
