Ugh this is getting too crazy, I can’t Copeland

I’m terribly sick of checking Copeland’s instagram/twitter/fb/chorufm every hour for information about this release. Let’s gooooo, my wife and I are dying to hear this album

 

I saw all the puns and wanted to make one using ”gropeland” but then decided it would be too inappropeland.

 

Lol @ people who want Copeland to sound like a "guitar-driven" 2003 punk emo rock band again like they did on maybe 5 songs of their entire discography

 

I thought of you when I wrote my post: "Is this post awful? Maybe, but if @Lucas27 likes it then that's all that matters."

 

Yeah Copeland should sound like the back half of In Motion which is the low point of their discography, good one guys

 

I wouldn't hate a few tracks like chiromancer which is about as heavy as they get these days.

 

Yeah that thick funk Copeland please. Also I've come around to YAMS more than I ever have right now so it's full Copeland time

 

Just listened to the new song and Night Figures again and both are too good. I can't wait to hear what else they have on the new album!

 

I forgot about night figures, wonder if it’s still on the album.

Can @Jason Tate answer this? Is it the same version?

For some reason, this song popped in my head today. Enjoy!

 

Such weird timing. I just listened to a podcast last week where Shaun Hypes of the band DENS cited this song and movie as his biggest influence as an artist. I'd never heard of the movie or the song till then. The song is so good!!

Not sure if it’s been mentioned but it appears they have a different drummer on this album according to their Instagram

 

Can’t wait to envelop myself in all the blankets and listen to this album

 

He's toured with them for the last 3 years

 

Gonna be hard to measure up to Jon Bucklew. His drumming was always absolutely perfect for this kind of music.

 

I think he'll be fine. He was fantastic live and the drumming on Pope is wonderful

 

Aaron has said they have very similar styles, so I'm not worried
