Release date of the reissue of somewhere. figure once that's out of the way we can get new album info

Sorry to bump without news, but godDAMN seeing them in Michigan is such a cool fucking thing. The energy last night was insane.

 

did they play anything new?

 

No, unfortunately. They loaded up the set with Somewhere songs, probably to celebrate the anniversary

 

The fact they arent playing anything new means this album is absolutely nowhere near ready to be announced. I say April 2019 at the earliest.

 

Isn't it mixed and mastered? I'd say April at the latest. They're probably riding out the Somewhere reissue for awhile and then we'll hear a single towards December or January. Just my guess though

 

Plus when did the tour start? Usually when bands play new tunes before they’ve announced their album they’ll do it towards the end of tour.

This sounds pretty clear even on my crappy work headset. It's nice.

 

Sounds like they lowered lead guitar on said the king to the river pretty hard. Kind of jarring at first listen having heard the original so many times

At this point my guess is the announcement is coming mid-late December after the Australia dates.

 

They just removed the original version of Somewhere from Spotify, and I hate these remasters. Why?? Thankfully I have the mp3s of the original version.

What's wrong with the remasters?

 

It seems like they were having a lot of problems initially with the formatting and the remastered being hidden. Maybe they're just fixing it.

 

Also, I think the remasters sound much better.
