I only remember seeing him the pretaped musical sketch with Redd, and when he came out to light Paul Simons’ cake during the credits

 

I skimmed over the tabloids during the summer about their romance and everything seemed to happen so quickly between the two that I knew it wouldn’t last. When I got the pop up notification on my phone, my initial reaction was “no surprise there”

 

I mean he was saying some p gross stuff in his sketches that came across as joking. Though not funny.

woof another awful episode. Seth played himself in every sketch and the sketches were some weak weak stuff. WU was good and i liked Baskins Johns.

Btw this was the Heidi Gardner show this weekend. She was in every sketch?

 

I love Seth Meyers but I'm honestly pretty curious how he managed to land a spot on the cast. He was a phenomenal Weekend Update host, one of my favorites ever, but he's always been a pretty weak sketch actor. I love his talk show and he think he himself is hilarious but it would have made a lot more sense for him to just be a writer on this show

Not that I'm complaining lol

 

The only recurring character I remember him when he was more of a sketch performer was the roommate/DJ to that Jimmy Fallen webcam stoner college guy.

 

Heidi and Chris are great. I think they'll both be bumped up either mid season or next season for sure. Although it took a really long time for Mikey and Alex to get bumped up

 

It's pretty standard to have 2 years as featured and then you get bumped to main cast, so I expect Heidi and Chris to get there next season.

I agree! He was so open about it in the show already that it would have been very weird to not acknowledge it at all
