Think they will do SNL again within the next month?

 

New single is good. Not sure if it's the best from the five, but after a few listens it's certainly good. Sincerity is still my fave of the pre-release stuff. It took me the longest to connect with but it's a strangely structured song that I can really get behind. It also inspired me to revisit some of their older "left of centre" type songs again and made me fall in love with a few that didn't resonate with me so much before (namely, If I Believe You)

 

I have a meeting right before tickets go on sale. UGH!

 

I had a dream last night that this album had just been released and I started listening to it and was paralyzed by how good it was, but halfway through Be My Mistake my cat's guts started falling out and had to rush him to the vet and that really overshadowed the album lol. It sounded crazy though.

I waited until 11 because of my meeting and was able to get Floor 2 tickets! $166 total but whatever..

 

Shrine would be cool. Saw them there a couple years back on consecutive nights for the ILIWYS tour.. Hoping it's not the Fox theatre so I don't have to shlep out to Pomona haha. Though that would still be preferable than ever having to see them or anyone I like at the Hollywood Bowl.

There are still a ton of tickets left for their Chicago show 3 hours after the general sale has started. I really thought this one would sell quicker.

That’s pretty reasonable for a band of their size.

 

Got Charlotte tickets this morning for my wife and I. First time seeing them, really excited for it.

 

If it was $25-30 I’d go, but yeah... I saw them for $20 at a small club. So I think I’m just being snobby. Haha

 

$45 for The 1975 is extremely reasonable

 

I remember paying somewhere around $90 ga with fees for the fairfax iliwys show. this time dc cost $60

 

It’s worth $100 for the production alone
