While I don't think they'll ever write anything better than their album Teenage Graffiti , this album is at least on par with their other two. Definitely worth a listen. My take away tracks from this one are "So Dumb" "Sad Style" and "Physical Release".

 

I can’t recommend these guys enough. I think I posted about their record, Nepenthe, earlier this year. This live version doesn’t have the harmonies the album version does but it’s still wonderful.

 

Props to your friend and co., this is dope.

For fans of pop music, I recommend checking out the new album "A Good Girl" by Ralph. It's such a great album. She's still super under the radar, even here in Canada, and deserves so much more recognition.

Just heard of this guy tonight and really like what I have heard so far.

 

I just saw this band open for The Struts last night and I loved every song they did. Their debut album came out a few months ago, check it out

 

These guy are a really good rock/ indie band, and deserve way more attention than they get! They also released another album this year, but I still can't stop playing this one:

Bought the entire “Are You Afraid of the Dark” series for $10 on Vudu this past holiday weekend. It’s as good of not better than I remember and I already held it in high regard. Cannot recommend it enough.
