Can't get the DJ/Mixon/Lynch guy to budge much. Right now we are stuck at this offer:

I get Lynch and Courtland Sutton, he gets Crowell and Golladay.

I really don't want to give up Golladay. Not sure if it is worth it. Is Lynch/Marvin Jones a better deal?

 

Yeah I think it’s kind of a wash, so I won’t do it. What if I offer him DJ/conner for gurley? Haha

 

Then you’d be real lucky if he accepted! I feel like no Gurley owner is trading him this year unless you offered Zeke or Kamara and a top 10 WR. Even then....

At that point you’re hedging your bets in terms of injuries. I’d rather have two very good players than one elite player for that reason. And hell, Kamara apparently IS elite whenever Ingram is down haha

 

I jokingly offered Kamara and Odell (I wouldn’t actually do that) to the Gurley owner and he said no, so I just assumed all you damn Gurley owners were mean.

 

I would’ve taken that trade in a heartbeat

 

Potential trade:

Get: gurley
Trade: Michael Thomas/Conner

Only thing holding me back I think is my receiving corps right now is Jeffrey, Boyd, ARob.

 

Whats your RB situation like?

Its seeming more likely that Bell doesnt get traded, so, Conner's best case is occasional Flex use going forward. Which makes it more like a Thomas -> Gurley trade, which is a win.

Danger is that Bell gets hurt or traded, and then you lose out

 

And of course, same thing applies here.

That DJ/Conner for Gurley trade is something I'd rather take the risk on, because you get the #1RB in fantasy, worst case. Whereas in a Yeldon/Conner trade, you could end up with a player you cant even play come fantasy playoffs

 

My current RBs are DJ, Conner, Hyde, Shady, Lamar Miller, Carson, and clement.

But like I said earlier I’m just a little hesitant to pull the trigger because I would be left with Jeffrey, ARob, and Boyd as my receivers.

 

Looking at that, Id stand pat on your WRs, but you have some RB depth to take a chance with. I'd definitely try DJ + someone for Gurley. Likewise for whoever owns Barkley and Gordon.

 

I offered for Barkley the other day and his owner countered with Hunt, Juju and Golladay for him straight up. Couldn't hit no fast enough.

 

omg now the other guy offered gurley for Conner/Jeffrey. I want to accept it, but it also sucks kind of having a conscience lolol

lol if it was my friends league hell yeah I would accept it right away, but I work with the guy all week so I don’t want him being salty about it in two weeks.

 

People are gonna undervalue Golladay in trades all day because he's not the team's official "#1 WR". I would just sit on him. He is not for sale in the league I currently have him. He's not even reaching his potential yet and he's still a pretty reliable 15 points a week.

 

man is it upsetting to know I missed fucking Juju, Carlos Hyde, AND Kenny Golladay by one pick in the draft in my other league. Fuck pick 9. That's 3 starters and instead I pretty much got 3 players that are gone or useless

Id still hit accept...its not like you offered it to him and he didnt know better

 

Ben has historically dominated Cincy...think his career passer rate is like 100+ against them.

 

My conscience took over and he was like “oh I thought bell was gone all year”

I better get some good karma for my honesty.

But we settled on DJ/Jeffrey for gurley.

 

Cool. Now you're probably looking to get rid of one or two of your back-end RBs for some WR depth.
