Greetings everyone. I spoke with Epitaph on the phone a few hours ago.

There appears to be a disconnect with KRM. I was given a direct point of contact of someone with Epitaph and I will share whatever information I get.

At the current time, the preliminary information (which is partially official, partially not/rumors amongst bottom level employees) is that there is a disconnect with KRM and that the people at the bottom of Epitaph are under the impression that they will be repressing and mailing everything out when it is done. The point of contact I was given is the person who will be able to give me the official word on anything, but basically at the current time the responses because from KRM are nonsense and not inline with what the rectification plan being discussed actually is.

Just as a heads up, I’m going to be reaching out to the mods at r/thrice to see if I can get a thread stickied to the top where I can post all updates as I get them. I will do my best to keep everyone in the loop.

 

Just saw “A Song For Milly Michaelson” live in Richmond.

Fuck, that means they probably won't play it tomorrow at my show in Silver Spring, hope I'm wrong though, I've caught that live in Richmond years ago and it was an experience.

I back this recommendation hard for anyone that missed this album last year. I have a hard time sonically comparing it to Palms, but it has some Gaslight Anthem, Springsteen vibes with a hint of the National at times.
