I think that the Mavs are going to hover around 10th-11th in the West. Not quite playoff ready, but they'll be a lot of fun to watch and play competitively with playoff teams. Luka Doncic dropping telepathically sensed dimes to DSJ will be exciting.

Jimmy was never going to lead them to a championship, they’re hope lies in KAT becoming the hall of fame caliber player he was billed as, as well as Wiggins taking even a decent leap. Kat is still young and Wiggins played well when jimmy was out last year, if they can figure it out that’s going to be the difference.

If not they’re fucked and Jimmy wasn’t going to solve anything anyway.

 

If they can get a younger player like Richardson out of this that’s a huge win
