just watched smackdown. a trillion times better than raw...again.

fuck the WWE for still trying to force this narrative about becky, but whatever, just ignore it and enjoy the becky being AWESOME! that was, no joke, probably one of the better women endings ever. They promoted it all night and i was hyped, the promos were great, and the ending brawl was perfect. Mute the forced narrative by the announcers and it's great stuff.


i also feel bad for Aiden. Like for his character and the wrestler. He SHOULD be the face in all this, but no matter what they do or try, the crowd still only cares about Rusev...which is crap cause it is cause of Aiden and the entire Rusev Day package that got him over to this extent AND Aiden's a really solid wrestler all around but....... they HAD to make him the heel here. No choice. And it's fine, like i understand and i'm looking forward to the feud going forward.

 

What was the match that was supposedly horrible from the MYC?

 

From this year or last year? The only notable match I know of was Marti Belle vs Rachel Evers last year where they changed the finish mid-match because Marti was so bad.

Finally caught up on LU and holy crap is this season weird. Fenix turns heel; and now Marty is the champ. Went nearly 60% of the season without him appearing and I was wondering why people were calling him the MVP of the season.

 

Apparently he was really pissed off about being brought in for a Brock match and never getting it.
