No, it's definitely painful.

 

This is like he has taken Song Shops and just worked them up a tiny bit and said they are his EP.

 

I mean, it would be a decent sounding song if he changed literally all the lyrics and re-recorded it in not his home studio with no electronica and just guitar, bass, and drums.

As a demo, I think it’s pretty interesting and hope that the finished product is a more fleshed out song with good production, and I hope to appreciate him giving us an early peek. Of course, if the song ends up sounding basically the same then I guess it’s whatever. But I always love seeing the process a an idea evolve into a song and the changes, even if it’s just the lyrics.

Blink untitled has some cool BTS of Tom singing songs with totally different lyrics.

 

If he changes those horrendous lyrics maybe I'll hate it less.

 

I actually dig the music, it feels like a darker S/T. The lyrics are... not for me, though the message seems to be a pretty pure one about gender dysmorphia.

 

when will max realize he doesn’t have the voice to make music like that

 

Max should form a band with Fred Mascherino and Kenny Vasoli.

 

But should leave most of the music composition to Fred and Kenny
