So for context , every time foxing has played Toronto they prob had around 100 max , and this week they had upwards of 400-500 , so they've gained a ton of traction at least here. Also ALOT of people showed up early for kississppi + ratboys so I resent all notions that they are not top tier openers.

Ill be there Tuesday! Haven't been this excited for a show in a while. Last time was when I saw Jeff Rosenstock and The Hotelier within a week.

I'm somewhat drunk and Nearer My God is spinning on the turntable. I agree.

 

Think I'll go ahead and see them live whenever they're in MA from now on

 

Really bummed I missed them tonight but this record fucking rules, it’s so dense. Chris Walla knocked it out of the park.

 

Yeah they killed it last night in Boston. They really did pour everything they had into this record. Also thought we had a pretty great crowd, everyone seemed like they were at least enjoying the new songs despite not a ton of people knowing the songs very well yet. My only complaint is I wish they could have played even longer.

I like this album more every time I hear it.

Both are friends bands so maybe biased but I think they're both really good

 

Are you referring to Kississippi and Ratboys? Or are their other openers? Just trying to figure out when I should leave the office tonight

We're now currently talking about The Hotelier show in Cleveland tonight lol

The whole Foxing tour is just Ratboys and Kissi

 

IIRC, I wanna say they went on at around 9:45-9:50 and finished just before 11, so a bit over an hour

 

Pumped for this show tonight.

 

This was the second best show I've seen this year. Hearbeats-The Medic-Lich Prince is as good of a run of songs as you could ever dream of. Seeing The Medic live again these years later was so cathartic.
