These are def fair points. And to go along with this, Cena/Undertaker was on Mania this year and was a huge bust. So if this match winds up being a bust, then it actually is right on par with one of the biggest PPVs of the year, haha.

 

Also completely random, but at the end of Raw, I almost thought that Corbin was going to cash-in Braun's briefcase. I assume there's some stipulation preventing a guy from cashing in someone else's briefcase but since Braun willingly handed it over to Corbin, I thought it would've been hilarious if he tried to cash it in and then Braun beat him down before the cash-in officially occurred.

We don't have much announced for a show going on in TWO WEEKS. The advertisement of the KO match undermines the story they are working.

The booking should be consistent and not spoil what we are getting.

Conversely, they shouldn't be advertising things like Ronda and Brock on Raw and having them no show. "Card subject to change" should not be used as a tactic to get heat or an excuse for no shows. Injury, illness, or death, sure. But its 2018. News gets out.

 

KO vs Cena switched to a tag team match last week I think

Lashley/Cena vs Elias/KO is what’s booked now. Which makes even less sense

but the “subject to change” does apply to things like KO in a throwaway tag. that was announced before the angle. could easily throw Jinder in his place with nothing of value lost. Ronda/Bellas doesn’t spoil anything unless im missing something, first ive heard of it. Alexa/Trish was a garbage reveal though that def took the steam out of the Summerslam match, and the false advertising is trash trash trash. but i don’t think the Australia show has done anything worth being in a fuss over personally

 

one of my local house shows after Mania 21 was advertised to have HBK/Angle in what would’ve been their second match, and one of them was replaced with Edge at the last minute, i don’t remember which honestly. that was a “card subject to change” that sucked.

 

Big international shows don’t bother me because I’m not likely to make time to watch them anyway. It’s tough enough sitting through actual PPVs or raw/smackdown. Not gonna put myself through watching a show like the SA show. But good for Australia to get such a high profile main event.

It's a few days removed, but I went through the Triplemania Reddit thread and was reminded of some "highlights" of Vampiro's commentary.

During any spanish promo, rather than translate what was said or give any indication to what was said, he would say things like, "wow...he just said that" or "i can't believe he said that". meanwhile Striker would frantically try to get him to say what was said.

During the main event when La Parka came out with some luchador in a wheelchair, he acted like it was literally the most emotional moment of his life, all the while refusing to say who it actually was, with Striker having no idea who it was and trying to get him to say, then (obviously) had to walk off commentary to say "thank you" to la parka
