I play like 95% undocked. We only have 1 tv in my house(downstairs in the living room), and pretty much only play it for an hour or so before falling asleep.

It’s MH:Gen? I’ve played it on 3DS. If you stick to the default weapon style it’s pretty much just like the old MH games. I think MH4U had more monsters though.

I love the new stuff on World, but I am not used to spending that much time in front of a TV screen. I don’t think I can clock some hundred hours if it isn’t handheld.

Except for World, which is less traditional (some would call it dumbed down), this one is probably the best MH game to start with

I might pick MH up purely because I can't play Dark Souls: Remastered yet. I'm so pissed that it still doesn't have a release date.

The same day other consoles get a trilogy bundle for the same price lmao

  10. I was commuting between states for work all summer and played Hollow Knight, Lumines, and DKC Tropical Freeze almost exclusively in handheld. Only really docked it for the few hours I was in my apartment with wi-fi to charge it and play Fortnite.

Sorry, but whenever I read conversations about docking, this comic comes to mind.

Haha. Exactly what I’m saying. MH: World is on PS4. If somehow they were able to run it on Switch I’d easily put a hundred hours on it.

My most played games are all on handheld.

Would be cool if we could all play each other, I never know how Nintendo will handle online multiplayer.

    set our hearts ablaze

I'm finally getting my Switch this Friday!!!

Just had some quick questions and figured y'all are the experts:

Will the 32gb internal storage be enough? I'm not planning to download any huge games (maybe just some Indies)

Do I need a screen protector? I'm not planning to take it outside much since I don't have a safe place at work to keep it so it'll be inside like 99% of the time.

What indie games/developers are your favorites?

I have a couple larger games and a handful of smaller indies downloaded internally and at this point if I want to add any more I need to either archive something or buy more storage. I think the 32gb should probably hold you over for a while

I have this tempered glass screen protector and it's great. Also a Butterfox travel case which I think would be more important than a screen protector

Binding of Isaac is probably still the game I have the most hours logged in. Enter the Gungeon, Hollow Knight, Stardew Valley, Golf Story, and Celeste also get a lot of love.

    1. It’s not enough I think, even if you budget well, because of patches and so on.

    2. The screen is durable so I guess it depends on how rough you are with your Switch and if you have steady hands when docking.

    1. I got as 128 GB card for like 40 bucks and it gave me terrific peace of mind.

    2. I treat my switch like a new born, but I also have a case, I would suggest a case over a screen protector.

    3. Dead Cells.
