That Waterparks tour has good support.

Glad that Waterparks tour is out so people can maybe shut the fuck up about them for a bit

    The intrusive whisper fascinates me

I'm not saying this as a way to criticize Waterparks’ obnoxious aesthetic, but I actually got a headache looking at this poster

Exclaim, a Canadian music publication posted the following in their news article. Seems like Chris is in a much better place. I wouldn't worry.

"This album is the story of Saves the Day and my own personal journey through life, which all unfolded as my relationship with music progressed," frontman Chris Conley said in a press release.

Saves the Day have previewed the record with the new song "Rendezvous." Of the track, Conley said, "By 'Rendezvous,' I've gone through all the reflecting and growing and come to a place where I'm so grateful and so satisfied and living the life I want to live. I was just a kid that got lucky and I got pulled into this amazing dream. And it's still going."

Some solid support for the waterparks tour. I might just have to grab a ticket. I'll probably most likely end up leaving after idkhbtfm

It's also worth noting that this Saves the Day show being talked about was a free show at an outdoor block party for the Bears, presumably filled with a bunch of casual fans. To say he had a mental breakdown is a little extreme. It was definitely an odd show, but seemed more like he was a little too messed up by some sort of substance (and even that is just speculation). Nobody from the band seemed in the least bit disturbed by it, and there were still some great moments at that show. I think it's safe to say we can put that behind us, as it's been discussed extensively in the Saves the Day thread and was almost a year ago now.

I didn’t expect that Waterparks tour to hit Canada. That whole “Marianas Trench take us to Canada” tweet seemed like too much of a conincidence. I fully expect that to be a mini arena tour in the new year.

Not a single cool tour that's been announced today is coming to Vegas. No Whitechapel, no ETID, no Real Friends. This is not a good start.

I'm really surprised Hoobastank is playing at Starland Ballroom. I thought relevant acts played there.

I saw Hoobastank open for Velvet Revolver in 2005 and they were actually pretty good. Definitely a bad look having them open that tour, though. None of the old GNR and STP fans there to see VR cared at all.

MewithoutYou headlined Starland Ballroom a few years ago and drew 200 people. I don't even know what the promoter was thinking. They'll probably be giving away a shit ton of free tickets to this Starland gig.
