Damn. I was interested in TWEWY because I've had a lot of people recommend it over the years but I'm not $60 interested. Isn't this on mobile as well?

 

do you have a ds? a copy for ds is like 15 used, 25 new.

 

well didn't anticipate buying dead cells just yet but had a little balance from a gift card and some coins to cash in so i just picked it up for $16ish

 

Yep, I just picked it up too. Had to. My mind wouldn't stop telling me to buy it. It was torture. Rough life.

 

I’m looking forward to TWEEY, this will very likely be by far the definitive version because frankly the DS version hasn’t aged well and the mobile version is terrible

Dead Cells is really fun so far. Forgot I pre-loaded it a while ago to take advantage of the 20% off.

 

So what's the deal on third party docks bricking systems? Kind of want to pick up a second one but not for the price that Nintendo is offering. Was thinking about maybe this one but I also don't want to kill my Switch.

Bob Wulff did a video on this back in January. Might be a little dated, but I've always trusted his opinion. Read the comments, too. Some of the recommended videos next to this one are a bit more recent, but this is a good starting place.

 

Yeah Dead Cells is so great. Put in about 2 hours so far. The progression system is so rewarding and addicting, and it has one of the more satisfying combat systems of any side scrolled I've played.

I just wanna play all night but my uncle is helping me put new brakes and rotors on my car. Fucking adult life.

 

Bruh you don't need breaks or rotors on your car, play away.

I think my left joycon is drifting. I’ve noticed that when I’m playing breath of the wild and stop moving, link just keeps heading to the left on his own

 

Funny you mention this because I’ve been noticing this exact same thing playing Hyrule Warriors lately. No idea what the actual problem has been though. Is “drifting” actually a thing these things do? ‘cause I’ve been thinking it was a connection/syncing issue, ‘cause when it has happened, de- and re-syncing fixed it.

 

I googled it and it seems to be a thing I guess. It’s happening to mine. Have tried resyncing or calibrating though. I just always assume the worst.

Also, my joycons no longer lock into the system. They stay on and don’t move or anything but just a little pressure on the bottom and they slide right off. I don’t even have to press the button. I don’t know if it’s always been like that or if I just noticed it now

 

yeah my left joycon will sometimes act bonkers when on docked, its shitty but at least i never play docked.
