Muto is a good striker. Don't think he suits the premier league though.

a 17 year old kid scored an absolute banger for us earlier, so naturally our fan base is declaring him the English Messi lol.

He's another one who seemed to inexplicably become very unpopular with Rafa.

  6. The papers won’t shut up about Martial and Spurs. It’s been made fairly clear United won’t sell him to us. With that said, I hope it’s just paper talk and we aren’t really wasting our time trying to change their mind. Zaha or Pulisic seem like more realistic options at this point.

I suspect Levy will bring in a winger/attacking player and then a CM (likely Grealish but I hope N’Dombele). I would say another CB but I have a feeling now Toby stays.

We beat Everton fairly comfortably in a friendly tonight at Ewood. From following the game on Twitter it sounded like our team is carrying on our form from League One last season which is good. Apparently Dack ran circles round the Everton defence (see vid for example). I know it’s a only a friendly but still feels good to beat a Prem team 3-0.

Pulisic is much less realistic than Martial for Spurs imo

It was far too comfortable for you. You definetly looked like a team with momentum, whilst we looked anything but. Dack did indeed run circles around our shambolic defence, i think its Pennington (couldn't even get into the Leeds team) he brushes aside in that clip. I think it was Dack that also put Jagielka on his arse for your third, too. Like i said a few pages back, we need two new CBs. Hopefully that now resonates. You bypassed our midfield far too easily, too. Besic (at least three misplaced passes in dangerous areas passing it backwards) and Davies (far too lightweight for his role) didn't make the grade tonight. That said, neither of them will be in our starting XI come the Wolves game. In attack, Tosun was wasteful with his headers and Sandro was his usual workhorse self being played out of postion. On the plus side, Richarlison looked a step above the rest when he came on. You guys put two men on him and he brushed them aside.

Barca want Rabiot. Rabiot wants Barca. PSG won’t sell to Barca, despite Barca people going to Paris to try and smooth things over. So Rabiot may wait a season and come on a free next summer.

Rabiot would be a great Rakitic needs rest sub.

He's their Left Back as well... I'd take a punt on him as back up to Tierney.

The twitter comments are unusually positive. Lot of people saying that they're sorry it didn't work out at Everton and wishing him luck.

Probably because he is a professional and hasn't kicked off like Williams, Mirralas or Schneirdlinlin! Not that bothered about the £12m fee, at least its another £100,000 per week off the wage bill. I do hope he does well because of the aforementioned professional attitude he has and because I don't mind Werder Bremen as a club.

Christ, we really do have some utter tripe at the club.

Monreal even looks old these days. That Asteras boy had only scored 2 goals previously in his career! He's young too, 22 or 23.

Ah Schneiderlin. Another player that Southampton somehow trojan horsed into a rival Premiership team.

Golovin to Monaco is a good switch. Chelsea have a habit of buying players just for the hell of it then never using them, arguably they also bring out the best, ie Hazard, but he needed to move.
