People at Go Fest have a special research to get Celebi. It's pretty much confirmed that it will be released globally soon after Go Fest.

 

The exclusive move is for the Eevee and not it’s evolutions. Of course, it’s possible that the move will somehow carry over to the evolved form. Niantic being Niantic, we probably won’t know until the day of.

 

Eh, so basically the exclusive move is useless. Just like with Surf Pikachu.

 

Not every Pokemon can be the most amazing meta-relevant Pokemon and have super powerful new moves.

 

Apparently Plusle and Minun are spawning at higher rates until Sunday just like Roselia did. So. Shinies.

 

Yeah, but what's the point of having a new move for a Pokemon you don't use in battle? Surf Pikachu at least had the cool nostalgia factor to it.

 

People on TSR were speculating that the exclusive move could be Last Resort which I guess is kept after evolution.

 

Alolan golem and diglett appearing in the wild too. All of it is starting at different times for different time zones, it seems

 

I guess. You could say that about a lot of other things though. What's the point in shiny forms? To me it's all just for fun. It's fun catching new Pokemon and catching new versions of Pokemon, but I can see why some people wouldn't like that.

but either way, ive got 600+ wailmer candies and like 380something swablu so I'm about fuggin ready.

 

I have enough to evolve to a Charizard and a Dragonite, but I might hold out for a better IV or a shiny. Thoughts?

 

I'm gonna be stocking up on a ton of Eevee candies on Community Weekend. I think I have around 500 right now.

 

I've got almost 600 Wailmer candies and 269 Swablu, so I hope it's Wailmer if there's a 400 candies evolution for Celebi.

 

Friendship quests would be super fun as long as Best Friends isn’t included!

I recently picked up the game again after a very extended time away from it. When I stopped playing, the only Pokemon available were Gen 1s ... so I had a lot of catching up to do.

Currently I'm about halfway between level 30 and 31, and my Pokedex has 139 Kanto, 64 Johto, 81 Hoenn.

Completed the Mew research quest a couple weeks ago, and caught my first Mewtwo in an EX Raid yesterday. Living in NYC, it's been really easy to compete in raids once I figured out that everyone who plays just tries to get there right when it starts.

Like, I work in midtown near Rockefeller Center ... and if I go to any Tier 5 raid near my building right when it begins, it's virtually guaranteed that there'll be at least 10-15 people there to kick it off. I've got six Regice and five Articuno because of that, and I've only actually become interested in doing the raids over the past week or so.

Should complete at least the Kanto Pokedex pretty soon. Personally excited for the Zapdos day because of this and could go for a Moltres day too tbh.

I’m so jealous of you being able to do a tier 5 raid pretty much whenever you want. Dude, throw your friend code out and you will get a lot of gifts from everyone in here

 

It will probably be region exclusive. Leafeon only in the heart of the amazon rainforest and glaceon at a certain research base in Antarctica
