From The Outside is a banger, Get By is also pretty solid, new one is just ok

I didn't like the last record at all but I feel like I may dig this one

Grabbed the tricolor. There are very few artists I preorder records from anymore, but the three songs that are out are amazing. I mean, they're the second-coming of TSL, so...

Same here. This new song is my favorite so far. Very TSL!

Plus, I feel a need to support these guys bc theyre about 20 minutes away from my hometown.

Smiling on the surface so far is my favorite track they've ever put out as a band.

Did not like anything this band put out. From the Outside is a banger and a half.

Hopefully now people will start giving this band the respect they deserve.

Really like all three songs, Get By being my favorite. I just grabbed the /250 variant, though I wish the /1000 was the /250 because it's GORGEOUS. I think this'll be the record to get me back into the band. Pumped to see them twice at Warped too.

who's doing the backing vocals? i feel like there's someone there

  14. My friend/former bandmate in City Mouth, Jackie Heuser, did a lot of backing vocals on this album. Not sure if she's on this song specifically but I assume so.

    probably is.

probably won't check out this album but i listened to the song, it's fine, i respect this band a lot after dan's statements over the last year

he's just said a lot about mental health/respecting women in the scene/making more diverse bills. going to hold him to that, he seems like he wants to make a genuine change

He also called out Makeout for their misogynistic lyrics.

High hopes for this record. I’ve gotten really into Real Friends over the past year and I think the progression with these last three songs is exactly the direction they need to be headed towards.

Who did they go to producer-wise on this? I know Mike Green was involved, and I want to say Andrew Wade & Jeremy McKinnon were as well?

in that interview above it sounds like Mike Green produced it all.
