I wonder if at blinks/marks age he consciously knows what little rock moves and expressions he wants to pull during the filming to look cool like that or just plays his natural show

Have you not seen them in concert? Mark bounces around like a rabbit. I am 43, same age as Mark (I think), and I am pretty sure he like myself could careless about the number. It doesn't define who you are. Plus look at the biggest touring rock groups. Foo's, Chili Peppers, PJ all are over 40. All put on a pretty energetic show.
