There will be more shows announced after Gov Ball. I won't tell you how to spend your money, but I'm not paying $180 to listen to a bunch of garbage all day to see Gaslight.

The actual sale is tomorrow. Maybe we'll have better luck? Also any hope for an actual Jersey show?

 

I did the Citi Card PreSale too.

 

That's actually a pretty good line up.

 

You could see any of those bands for $25, but yeah, not a fan of any of that other than the Menz.

not surprised it was so hard, the last time Gaslight announced an NYC show was at T5 before the hiatus. i was online at presale and general. this is how that story ended.

I was able to get my code in and select 2 tickets and hit order at 12:00:05. Was already sold out. Lame.

 

I hate pre sales. I was refreshing the page since 10:55 and still didn’t get the option to buy a ticket until they were gone

 

Is it possible their popularity just went through the roof? I've been to at least 10 Gaslight shows and 2 Brian shows and have never had an issue getting a ticket.

Gaslight in NYC has always been a bonafide shit show. always. from AS on they’ve been one of the top scalped acts in the market in terms of resale tix to venue cap.

 

Well the Bowery is quite small compared to a venue like Terminal 5. So that probably has a good amount to do with it.

 

Went to 2 Terminal 5 shows, with the most recent being 2015 I believe and didn't have one problem getting those tickets either.

the tightest ive ever clenched over tickets was the first Horrible Crowes show at Bowery. i won that one.
