Ok this is an interesting response. I have gotten a lot of responses that said people not naturally individualistic. Is it more the case then that we teach people how to be human?

With regard to Trump, he is now using the rape allegations, for which Bill Clinton has never answered, against Hillary. Hillary and other liberals protected Bill, they were silent and ignored these women. Their lack of care and brutal disregard for these women is now being used by a horrible misogynist to bludgeon the Clinton campaign. This is not a normal election season and the bodies the Clintons trampled over to get where they are will come back, and Trump may win this election as a result. The tragic thing is, whilst protecting a rapist and a racist, they've helped accelerate reaction. And they'll still opine that Hillary is the last best hope against it. It is disgusting.

I give Bernie credit for doing his best to try to shift the DNC. The people he chose to be part of his platform committee were pretty bold, particular Zogby who is an ardent defender of Palestinians. That said, I do not think it will work.

A large protest is going on outside of the trump rally in NM right now. Protesters are throwing rocks at police and setting fires. Was pretty funny to hear a bunch of f bombs on CNN though lol

The mental gymnastics on display by people who say "Bernie supporters are going to vote for trump!" that are now saying "this violent protests at Trump's Albuquerque rally is Bernie's fault, he should be ashamed!" is fucking ridiculous.

I think it's a good possibility. She'd make an easy scapegoat for them and it would deflate what could be a huge momentous occasion in Canova unseating her. What exactly would their rationale be, though? Would they be de facto admitting to the corruption/rigging of this entire primary?

She had an interview a couple weeks ago with this heavy set white fella in Florida and he really grilled her on the payday lender support, although he failed to bring up the money she has gotten from them. It's nice to see that real journalism does often exist at the local level.

Dropping Wasserman Schultz seems like a pretty much no brainer bone to throw to the Sanders supporters.

"The protesters in New Mexico were thugs who were flying the Mexican flag. The rally inside was big and beautiful, but outside, criminals!"

Funny how liberal heroes John Oliver and Samantha Bee are telling Sanders supporters not to overreact and disrupt the democratic party, unless of course its through the proper channels. Reminds me of Jon Stewart equating leftists with fascism at his rally to restore sanity or whatever it was called, which pretty much sought to serve a purpose similar to Samantha Bee telling Bernie supporters to calm down. Liberals continue to be death of meaningful social movements. The show must go on I suppose.

I mean, it's not like she wasn't making decent points, man.

I want Sanders to win badly but I'm not going to complain about not getting to a convention on time or send emails/voicemails to a woman telling her she's a bitch and shit. And she's also right about the county conventions--Had Clinton supporters done that, Sanders supporters would have called it "rigging" and what not.

I can see being angry about the people getting disqualified, but I'm not going to jump straight to conspiracy nor am I going to start threatening people over it.

"The conversation here began when Clinton approached Brody's booth. The young Sanders supporter, a Santa Fe native, appeared to decline a handshake with the former president, instead posing a question about “aid to families with dependent children."

It didn't take long for Clinton and Brody to dive deep into the 1990s, sparring about welfare reform and education spending, New Democrats and New Deal Democrats, and the former president’s Wall Street legislation, which Brody likened to “a golden parachute straight from the Treasury Department.”

Also, I just want to reiterate that Bill Clinton is a rapist. Hillary Clinton is going to let a rapist be the czar of the economy or whatever it was that she said a few days ago.

Was going to ask around how Clinton ruined welfare, have always thought that working for welfare made sense.. reading this article was eye opening on how badly his reforms failed.

Hillary Clinton’s email problems just got much worse

"This is a bad day for Clinton’s presidential campaign. Period. For a candidate already struggling to overcome a perception that she is neither honest nor trustworthy, the IG report makes that task significantly harder"

Or they're pointing out how absurd it is to treat any instant of Bernie losing as "corruption" and refuse to accept the idea that people actually want Clinton as president...

And I don't care how "fuck the system" you are, sending death threats and threatening to violently attack people for not voting for your candidate because "the will of the people" is never in any way okay.

  25. Dave Dykstra

    Daveydyk

What's hard is they are not completely wrong. We live in a system that ends up giving us two choices. Even with all the support someone like Bernie has, he won't be allowed to debate once he's out. Either her or Trump will win. It's fucked up, but it will come down to if you want to vote for the lesser of two evils, or vote for the person you believe in. The hard part comes down to how much worse you think the other person is. Voting for Bernie could mean Trump. We are going to end up with one of two evils, some people will feel one is bad enough to vote for the other.
