so good. Lyrics are simple but on point.

Agreed. The three songs so far seem to be really on the nose lyrically, which I didn't know I wanted from Thrice. But with how much I'm liking what I'm hearing, I suppose I do.

 

Fairly political record so far based on the singles. I'm into it.

It's certainly different, but I think I appreciate it. The lyrics in Honey were a little bit lame, but the other two have been good - this is the strongest so far.

Perhaps Dustin was just sick of re-using the same lyric ideas.
